Menu for Tuesday, Dec. 9th. Taking orders for Sticky Date Pudding

Hello again,
We hope you enjoyed the week-end.
We are all set to make your "Sticky Date Pudding" again this year.
You have the choice of the 8x8 for $28 or 9X11 for $45. 8 oz of extra sauce is $5
The Farmer's Market will be open for a special day on Tuesday, December 23rd this year so we can have your Sticky Date Pudding then or on Saturday the 20th. Let me know.

We have some great choices for you this week, check them out and let us know what you'd like us to drop off to you on Tuesday, or you can pop into Timothy's any day and pick it up.

Our ORGANIC QUINOA TABOULI SALAD uses quinoa (a high protein, gluten-free grain) instead of bulgar, with tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, parsley and a lemon-olive oil dressing.

The SWEET POTATO CAKES is a favorite of the Farmer's Market clients. This is sweet potatoes, millet and vegetables made into patties and baked. If you haven't tried this yet, now is your chance.

I know how much you love the BAKED FALAFELS IN WRAPS so here it is again. We use chickpeas with lots of great spices for our falafels. We top it with a yummy tahini sauce and garnish it with a mix of tomatoes, onions & parsley.

Our
LOW-FAT VEGETABLE TETRAZZINI is whole wheat spaghetti in a creamy yet low-fat white sauce with lots of vegetables and topped with Mozzarella Cheese. You could also have this item with CHICKEN.

Our SESAME TOFU LOAF is mashed tofu, with vegetables, crushed corn chips, tahini & seasonings. We are always very pleased with this one. You can enjoy this with either ROASTED POTATOES or RICE.

NORMANDY CHICKEN is chicken breasts and thighs cooked with some onions and celery and apple in a creamy sauce. This is a real nice comfort food meal that we serve with MASHED POTATOES OR BROWN RICE.

The CURRIED BEEF & BROCCOLI has lots of flavor and a bit of spice. We are serving it with BROWN BASMATI RICE or MASHED POTATOES.

The PERSIAN HONEY-SPICED CHICKEN is marinated chicken that is grilled, then drizzled with honey and then dipped in a mix of ground up nuts, seeds & spices. We are serving this with BROWN RICE or POTATOES.

LEBANESE BAKED KIBBEE is lean ground beef mixed with cooked millet, toasted almonds, onions and seasonings and pressed into a pan and baked. It comes with RICE & LENTIL PILAF.
