Menu for Thursday, Nov. 13

Hi There,
That is my great-nephew "Jude" in the picture with me. Isn't he a cutie?

Did you enjoy that extra day off. It's kind of nice to get one in mid week.
Check out below what we have going on this week and email us your order.

Our MEDITERRANEAN COUSCOUS SALAD is whole wheat couscous, sun-dried tomatoes, pine nuts, Feta Cheese and herbs tossed with fresh Lemon juice and olive oil.

The TOFU & VEGETABLE QUICHE is completely vegan and it has fresh broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, onions and sun-dried tomatoes in it as well as fresh herbs and it is all in a whole wheat crust.

I hear that it has been too long since we have offered the ZESTY BEANS, RICE & LENTILS. This is black beans, organic brown rice and green lentils cooked with onions, tomatoes and corn and garnished with yummy salsa.

Someone was asking me when I was going to make the SPICY THAI NOODLES WITH TOFU & PEANUT SAUCE again, so here it is. We use rice noodles to keep it gluten-free and add it to stir-fried veggies and our spicy peanut sauce and finish it off with marinated tofu. "Those who like it, like it alot"!

The cheeses in the BAKED PENNE WITH 3 CHEESE SAUCE AND BROCCOLI are Cheddar, Parmesan and Cream cheese. This dish is also available with CHICKEN.

We are using rice noodles for the ROASTED VEGETABLE LASAGNA for those of you who wish GLUTEN-FREE. It still has all the great flavor!

The BALSAMIC CHICKEN WITH BOSC PEARS is sauteed chicken breasts and bosc pears simmered in a tasty balsamic vinegar sauce. We are serving this with either JASMINE RICE or Mashed Potatoes.

The PEPPERY PEPPER STEAK is sirloin tip strips stir-fried with sweet peppers & onions and some green & black peppercorns. You can enjoy this with either RICE or SPUDS.

Our BETTER BUTTER CHICKEN is healthier than the traditional version which uses butter and cream. This is an Indian dish with lots of spices and flavor. It is tomato based and we use yogurt to make it creamy. This comes with BROWN BASMATI RICE

We have some fresh pineapple so how about SWEET & SOUR PINEAPPLE MEAT BALLS. The meatballs are made with lean ground beef, egg and seasonings. They are in a yummy pineapple sauce with onions and peppers servedwith ORGANIC BROWN RICE.
